  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Local Perth delivery / Free local pickup available

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Delays / Lost parcels

Once your order is shipped, delays may occur with carriers. If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us at info@ilumakids.com and we’ll assist.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your Iluma Kids swimwear! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns (change of mind)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from sand, marks, or damage
  • Tried on over underwear for hygiene

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a faster turnaround.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn in water
  • The item is damaged or soiled
  • The item is not in original condition

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Full refund

We will cover return shipping for faulty items.
